Personnel for the CBT-EC2 (EMEC/HEC/FCal Combined TestBeam Run) in 2004

FCal Community Personnel available for the CBT-EC2 Test Beam Run -
First estimates

There is a technical run, a 'debug run' and two physics run periods.
While the exact times are not yet known, they are presently scheduled
for

  1) Technical Run   02 Feb to 15 Mar
  2) 'Debug Run'     18 May to 02 Jun
  3) Physics Run I   08 Jun to 30 Jun
  4) Physics Run II  05 Aug to 24 Sep

[The FCal community should keep in mind that there may also be
electrical tests during the cold test of the EndCap C Calorimeter.
These will require a full half-crate of electronics, back-end
electronics, and a DAQ during this same time-period.]

From University of Toronto:

  Mircea Cadabeschi 2-weeks for Technical Run
  Petr Gorbounov    through the whole period
  Bob Orr           Bob and Peter will switch off so that
  Peter Krieger     together at least one of them is present
                    for the whole of the Debug/Physics Run I
                    and Physics Run II
  1 summer student  Same time as Bob/Peter
